How it Works by Venue
Find the type of business you have below to see how Order Patrol can help decrease your labor and increase your sales.
Doesn’t matter if you are a casual dining restaurant or full-service restaurant. Guests simply scan the QR code on the table, browse the menu, place their orders and pay. Servers/food runners then deliver their food & drinks based on the table number entered by the guest.
BARS & CLUBS
From the cocktail tables to the back patio to the darkest corners of your bar, club or lounge, guests can order what they want, when they want and as often as they want.
Spend less time taking orders and more time cooking them. Post your QR code right on the side of the truck or your menu. Customers place orders right from their phones, and the orders print up inside the truck with the customers’ names on the ticket so you can call out their order when it’s ready.
Your guests can avoid the line by ordering ahead of time before getting there or while sitting at the table. Just like with food trucks, the order ticket prints up behind the counter, your staff prepares the drinks, and then calls out the customer’s name when ready.
Using any device, guests can order from your restaurant, while relaxing by the pool, and they can even order room service from the comfort of their own bed.
Not only can you use Order Patrol for your restaurant, but at the 9th hole golfers can simply scan the QR menu code posted there so they can order & pay and have their food waiting for them at the turn.
SPORTS & MUSIC VENUES
